Default Going To Work This Out Tomorrow but need some advice

I am going to hit my Chest and Triceps super hard tomorrow and this is the Current Template

Chest/Triceps

1) Flat BB Press - 5
2) Incline BB Press - 3
3) Flat DB Flyes - 5
4) DB Pull Overs - 3
5) Push ups to finish it off to 100 reps
6) Close Grip BB Press - 5
7) Skull Crushers - 5 or 3

Now for the questions How many sets do you think I should go for each if you look in red this is what I was thinking but I want someone else to look at it
