My question is "why". Why do you feel the need to incorporate them? I'm sure millions of people have incorporated them successfully with DE/ME type of schedules, but I've never done it that way.
I'll pick out a phase where I focus strictly on O-lifts and do very little "traditional" powerlifting type movements. I generally maintain strength levels quite well even without focusing directly on bench, deads, and squat. In fact, a lot of the times, I've gotten stronger due to the explosive nature of the o-lifts.
There is nothing "smart" about a 3rd attempt deadlift.
