But I'm a coffee fiend too, but I limit it on training days. It exhausts your adrenal glands and can hurt your workouts if you drink a lot before your workout. I or 2 cups RIGHT before the workout can be good though.
As long as you're drinking lots of water too, you'll be okay! But you may have to start living in the bathroom, lmao.
I actually drink coffee about 30 minutes before my workout. I simply don't train as well without it.
