I love taco leftovers. The seasoned meat is great in omeletts.
Also, I have a short rant about eggs. What's with "I eat three eggs and six eggwhites for breakfast every day."? Eggs are a WHOLE FOOD, and should be consumed that way. The only exception is if you're baking a sponge cake or making cream cheese frosting for said sponge cake. Then go ahead and separate your eggs.
