But I'm a coffee fiend too, but I limit it on training days. It exhausts your adrenal glands and can hurt your workouts if you drink a lot before your workout. I or 2 cups RIGHT before the workout can be good though.
a few cups preworkout gets me in the mood like none other. I think its the warming of your body that sets coffee higher than the rest.
Im gonna boil a serving a superpump250 next time....see if it hits me better
