Is there a way to incorporate heavy powercleans into a westside style template?
I really like doing powercleans and they make me feel very strong in all of my lifts, any thoughts here?
My current lifting schedule is
Sunday: DE Squats/max deadlifts
Wednesday ME Squat
Thursday ME Bench
ff, light back
