Just did abs and a little cardio yesterday, i was just going miles and miles during cardio lol. Great boost.
had back today, back felt wide and think just how i want it!! still only two scoops and still the same great effects. usually by now i am already bumping up to three scoops, but def not going to do it with chain reaction lol.
Here is the back routine
Super wide grip pull ups:
just went 4 sets to failure. Back was feeling super wide!!!
Strict forme T bar rows:
2 25sx12, 4 25sx12, 5 25sx10, 6 25sx10
Close grip cable pull downs:
just did 4 heavy sets of 10-12 reps. Made sure i got the extra stretch at the top
Straight arm Cable pull overs:
4 sets of 12-15. Was really going for the pump.
100x10, 110x10, 120x10, 120x10
Machine pull down:
Just got the stretch and a mad pump. Didnt care about the weight or reps. Basically just burned out with these.
I have been going for the pump lately and caring less about the weight. Just feeling jacked when im pumped lol.
