40 minutes uphill walking - 305 m ascent (990 feet)
Not much of a workout today. It was eye-meltingly hot. I was sweating so much that I literally couldn't see. I had to wade through puddles of my own sweat to get to the car.
Incredibly lacklustre. I'm worried about pushing too hard for medical reasons, so I wasn't fully comitted.
