Direct Ab Work
For a while I have been doing Russian Twists and Weighted Crunches, both at 3 sets of 20, increasing in weight at regular intervals. Lately I've felt like my abs are lacking in strength. If you could only pick two moves to directly work the abs, which two would they be, and what set/rep scheme would you use?
