i am 22 years old, 6'1" + my weight is about 179 pounds.
I am looking to cut body fat percentage to below 10% and also gain muscle mass,
I am looking to train about 4 days a week before my work where I could get in a good 45 minute session.
I am looking for help on training plans/logs and to which exercises are best to get the most of my workout? and some dieting advise would be appreciated also?
