Honestly lately what I've been doing is one of the following....
If I train early (after first meal):
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
1 bagel w/ pb
20 oz milk
And If I'm training later in the day....
2 lbs ground turkey
1 box creamy four cheese riceroni
That right there makes a few meals. I typically eat it pre, post, and then one other meal. A quick warning though, this meal is THE SHIT and you will get addicted and never go back to eating anything else ever again.
