Favorite Pre workout meal?
What's everyone's favorite pre workout meal?
I usually train first thing in the day, so I make a smoothie about 90 - 120 minutes before lifting.
2 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp flax oil
1 - 1.5 scoops whey protein
1/2 cup oats
1 cup of preferred frozen fruit, usually berries or mangoes
2 cups water or 1 1/2 cups juice
It has been working for me awhile but I am starting to get sick of it. Need something that will fuel an intense session.
Time flies like an arrow, fruit flies like a banana.
Lift, Ride, Repeat.
