Default Ashley Cuts Caffeine!

It was a battle, but it's going to be well worth it! I'm experimenting to see if caffeine truly does have an effect on me:

Side Effects I believe it has:

waking up 3-4 times a night for bathroom
irritableness
burning out my adrenals
helping to keep my tummy fat on *see video on book Jillian Michaels and her take on caffeine


Listen to what I read from in her book. I'm really into this idea of digging deeper, that it's about what we eat, our environment, stress and how all that effects our hormones and how in turn, hormonal imbalances create fat gains.
