Well, I figure I would update and give a little feedback on how I'm doing. I'm very displeased to say the scales haven't moved. I'm weighing in between 161-163 but, I started working out first thing in the morning.
That's kinda depressing but my lifts have improved especially SOHP, CGBP, and Squats. I don't really know where to go from here. I've never done a set routine like C&P, shieko, or SS. I might start one but, I fell as if I would underwork myself on that routine just because of what I'm used to. I need to think long and hard about what I'm going to do. I'm also going to add another meal in /w about 500 more calories.
