Identified weakness upon resuming GHR work, stopped bc of ACL Strain. Use to be able to get sets of 15r on GHR w/bands, so weak posterior chain. Form was good on Sumo's just weak, maybe an off day, all in good time.
Purus Labs- Condense & DPol showed up big time doing leg presses, could of done 10+ more reps each set but was trying to limit DOMSToday
