Moved my afternoon dose a bit earlier in the day (3pm) and this has helped me sleep a bit earlier. Bedtime is normally 11pm and I was still mentally switched on when I took the tab's at 3:30/4ish. Will try the same again today. Hopefully it doesn't affect the energy levels for workout at 7:30.
Feedback on the stack so far: Solid energy. No buzzing. Need to be careful with when I take the afternoon dose. Good mental focus. Work is productive at the moment
