I've got some Labrada ElastiJoint that I have used. Glucosamine, Chondroitin, collagen, and MSM. I haven't been very on point with supplementation as of late, and this stuff sucks to drink. I have to mix it with BCAAS or KoolAid to choke it down because of the collagen taste. But I do like it and it seems to make a difference.
