Thanks Steve, today I actually feel like I am back to normal. We will see how this week goes.
This morning I was at 188.4, If I can get down to under 187 by next Monday I will start to increase calories to maintain at that weight until the week before the meet. Once I am there I also plan on taking some photos to see the differences from when I was at 204. I'll make sure to post them up for anyone interested.
