Looks like you consume way too many protein shakes and not enough whole food protein sources. I would shoot for some sort of lean protein at each meal, especially instead of that fruit and yogurt meal. Its best to try for some sort of lean protein at each meal, if possible, and then toss in a shake if you can't get to a whole food meal.
