This is so true.. Not working out on Monday makes the week seem so blah, like nothing to do, no big deal, eat whatever, just get back to work next Monday...and then it repeats..
I always try to hit it harder on Monday, to really get the body ready for another bruising week. When I wake up on Tuesday and feel the DOMS, I know I did good the day before and always look forward to another day with the weights..
