I am getting better with arch and I really push my back down into the pad and it forces my traps into the bar and locks my shoulders into place.

I try to get my feet behind knees, I'm very inflexible so it feels like I'm going behind knees, I'm up on my toes and I try to press my heels to the floor.

Squeeze shoulder blades together before set up and stay TIGHT.
