Full disclosure (because I forgot before) - got talking to a fellow gym-goer the other day, a guy around my age or a bit older, and he recommended a particular "joint complex" supp (Chondroitin, Glucosamine and MSM) that he takes every day. So I looked it up, and did a bit of research. As usual, the results were unclear and in many cases contradictory.
But there might be something to it, as it turns out...
