I take glucosamine, chondroitin, fish oil, and flaxseed oil. I can't say whether or not they make a real difference, though. I take the fish and flaxseed oils mainly for the heart benefits, but they are said to help joint health as well. I did a little research (not very much) and settled on these as they are recommended by pretty much everybody. I started taking them the day I started lifting- didn't want to wait until problems started before I took action. Since I started taking them from the beginning I can't say for sure if they are working or not. So far my joints seem healthy.
