BCAA pre/intra. Currently amino fusion by lecheek nutrition. (Logging on M&S). My goto however is Scivation Xtend. PES amino IV is really good but more high end. I'm not sold on essential amino acids yet. It's proven that a bolus of leucine drives MPS and I don't see how the small dose of leucine in eaa's can do this. For the record silk amino acids are a fukn joke. Don't waste your money. Studies have shown they are better than water. Lmao.
I currently have M&S isofuel, M&S premium series, Syntax Matrix, and MGN American Iso. I like vpx syngex too. All really good value proteins when you take into account serving size, Brotein content, and price shipped.
Multivitamin: very rarely do I take. Only on days I don't eat alot of vegetables and fruit, or if I'm sick. I have some ON optimen. The best is Gaspari Anavite imo.
Preworkout: just finished logging FitMax on another forum. Nice mild stim all around preworkout.
ANS Ritual: Gives me squat PR'S religiously.
PNI Prodigy: I need more but when I took it I liked it.
Purus Labs Condense: simple effective gets results.
Non stim: Focus xt. Can't beat this stuff. Good also for studying, school, work, interviews etc.
ANS Dilate: Great long lasting value. One bottle gives you a mega ton of doses with 1 pill being enough to get you some extra blood in your muscles.
Fiber! Fiber is very important. I use chia seeds, ground flax, lots of dark leafy greens to hit my fiber target each day. Just ordered some psyllium husk powder as well. You want to kind of rotate your fiber choices every couple weeks.
Sleep supplement, I take some melatonin when I need to for quality sleep.
