Here it is...calculate your BMR:

BMR Calculator

On training days, eat BMR calories.

On non-training days, eat BMR minus 500.

One day a week eat 2 times BMR.

You end up ion a calorie deficit for the week, but because of the Spike day, your leptin levels don't get fubared, and your metabolism stays up.
