Calve press (30 secs intervial)

hamstring push machine

deadlift 45 secs intervals

5x1 60kg
5x1 70kg

Abs 30 secs intervals

dumbell abs twist

ab V ups dumbells

body work abs

crunches 25x1

finish up 30kg dumbell side to side

cool down cross trainer 5 minutes

ok my gym dumbell only go to to 32,5kg but i dont mind i will use intervial and more circuit to cause constant motion and switch it up for best results.

Diet

1 unsmoked bacon chop/1 egg/1 egg white/ lots of vegatables
coffee/creatine/bcaa/cinnamon/splenda
whey protein/flaxseed/mixed fruit juice/neovar
neovar
500g mince (bit parnoid about this) mixed full can baked beans/pinto/spices and some tomato puree
protein cake, 2 egg whites/protein powder/greek yogurt/splenda/berries


ok later on i am thinking having two cans of tuna with some chicken and melted 3 slices of cheese and some vegs

or could really go for some more chili con carne
another 500g i totaled up excactly how many calories in my chili con carne 1800calories so should i have some more chili cause

HGHUP IS REALLY INCREASING APPETITE NOW!

advice if ok to eat more chili corne carne?

i looked at zig zag diet and didnt get much time but

day 1 is about 4000 calories day 2 3500 day 4 3500 and tonight thinking hitting that 5000 calories to keep body quessing?

also regards to the saturated fat in mince i am no pussy ill live lol


finally let me know about eating 1kg mince with beans etc let me know

parnoid i will put to much weight on but belt size havent moved so all good but weight has gone up

My veins are really showing in arms and forarms loving it

very happy after last night sleep tommorrow is rest day

i train 6 days a week i mix intense days with light days but with this fast healing from HGHUP i think i could hi it hard every single day lol

well let me know asap about my last big meal both are delicous to me so let me know asap

chili corn carne or two cans tuna melted cheese and chicken and lots of vegatables
