Working sets: 210x8x3. 2 sets wide grip, 3 medium, 3 close. I didn't experience the usual elbow/biceps/triceps strain like usual with close grip.
3 board press: 225x2x5. Just to get back in the groove, I kept the weight light.
Straight arm lat pulldowns: 50x12, 65x2x10
Triceps pushdowns: ?x2x10
Side lateral raises: 15x2x10
rear lateral raises: 15x2x10
Hammer curls: 20x20
Ready for some ME lowerbody tomorrow.
