I just eat (and drink) whatever I want to, whenever I want to. Seems to work just fine.
Strength and muscles are improving steadily, and I'm still quite lean.
But hm, let's see... Icecream is something I don't eat all the time, but do sometimes. Is that naughty?
Deep fried fish and chips?
I dunno. It's all just food to me, lol. Don't count calories either - eff that!
