The new single ply gear like the Super Centurion are going to take a long time to get used to the depth your going to need. Your not going to be able to just throw it on and hit depth if you have never used one.
Also, you need to train with at least one more person to spot you and be honest about your depth. Hopefully its a crew of experienced lifters to help you. I did USAPL equipped with a Super Centurion and I could have never hit the required depth without an experienced lifter coaching me. You feel like you cant go any lower and your heads going to explode but its still not legal depth. Anyway, dont wait. Get into the suit and start learning it now.
