Please dont take it as this a definite program im starting. Just putting my thoughts here.


Bench and deadlift same day
Bench 185x max reps
Bench 190x max reps
Deadlift 315x max reps
Deadlift 320x max reps

Rest 2 or 3 days

Bench 190x max reps
Bench 195x max reps
Deadlift 320x max reps
Deadlift 325x max reps

Two all out sets, go up 5lbs each week until I feel like im doing too few reps

First set of bench will be paused

All these deads will be sumo

Increase rest by a day or two if need be as it goes on


Switch to speed work, sessions maybe twice a week for a month, with close grip bench and conventional deads, starting with real speed and working up to a heavy double or triple.


Then once those work up sets have gone from grinders to easy, ill be ready to set big prs.
