495 x 5- didn't even think I would be able to pick it up off of the rack, much less shrug it. Just wanted to see what it felt like to hold that much weight, being as I can't even get close to deadlifting it yet, lol. Amazingly, I was able to shrug it 5 times. Suhweet! Maybe one day I will be able to deadlift it, lol!
Followed this up with 12 minutes on the exercise bike. I can honestly say that, since I have added this small amount of conditioning into my training regimen, I feel noticeably better. Not just when recovering from sets, but all day long. Gonna try and keep this up, even though I HATE cardio of any kind.
