I have not felt any burnout either, the only burnout I feel is from super intense rugby practices.
I have been on creatine for 2 days, I am doing a load phase for a few days and then I will be taking between 5 and 10 grams per day. I can already feel a better pump and swelling in the gym.
Today is Max effort leg day so I will see if the creatine is helping.
