3/11/14- Bench day
Bench Press- I have found what works well for my bench press. I only hope I can soon find the same for my squat and dl.

work sets- I completed all of my sets without having to use rest/pause last week, so I increased the poundage by 5lbs this week. Having to mess around with the 2 1/2 pounders got aggravating, so I jumped from 260 to 275 to eliminate the little plates.

295 x 5- PR! Previous best was 285 x 5. Suhweet! I got all of my reps again, but I think it was too close to move up again next week. I am excited to be here, though. I never thought I would be able to bench press 300lbs for a single, much less be on the verge of using it for reps.
