He needs muscle regardless of what he does, then to lose fat. If he is really insistent on not wanting to get muscle have him lose weight first and he will see it clearly is not working and he will gladly want to build muscle then.
Absolutely true. Most fitness models use at least low dose gear and fat burners like clen and even T3. That's how they get to be just a bit bigger than big dudes and way more cut than cut dudes. They also peak for shoots just like bodybuilders peak for shows.
