Default Whole Grains.

Eating whole grains instead of white flour is WAAAAY more important than doing squats if you wanna get ripped bro. Make sure you never eat "dirty" foods.

Also, be sure to have a pre, intra and post workout drink. Plus, you'll want a pre-bedtime HGH enhancer and a T booster first thing in the morning.

Deadlifts? Snap city. Who wants a strong lower back anyways.
