An awesome meal I've been having recently (breakfast lunch snake or dinner) is chicken and rice wraps on whole wheat or whole grain wraps. I'll put in onions, spices, spinach leaves and siracha. I'll make a huge pot of jasmin rice and a large pan of everything else. This concoction will last me a couple days to a week and it's easy to re-heat after the initial batch.
Also if I'm feeling hungrier I'll throw in 2 eggs on each wrap. mm!
