KB Swings 6x53x20
Felt pretty good today. I have to say, that I enjoyed splitting up upper and lower these last couple of days. I understand the benefits of a full body session, but I think I just do better focusing on one big lift a day. I went up to 20 reps on the swings, but was pooped after 6 sets rather than my usual 10. One more session Thursday, then out of town for a week -- another skiing deload.
