one of my all time fav combos.
i use a curl bar on the inside bumps. doing them same as a dumbbell pull over. laying on your back across the bench, let it stretch and pull back over. the close grip is just a press with the same bar and set up. you are doing them back and forth, same bar, same weight.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
