i have roughly calculated i have ate 2400 calories burned 200 on treadmill so last meal thinking extra 500,
trying to stay inbetween 2500-3000 let me know i am 73kg bulking
Meals look good, the last meal of night is good also.
Are you drinking more than just 2 bottles of water? If not drink more!
And your bulking so you need to increase your cals more 3500-4000 will be more ideal, looking at your frame are you a hard gainer?
