Bodybuilding day. Also, day 1 of my cycle! That's right, my stuff arrived today, so I loaded up a syringe and got some test in me. Now the waiting game starts. It's going to be a few weeks before I start to feel anything, which will give me 7-8 weeks of active test to get some results.

The last few weeks have been a test period for me to nail down my training and diet for the cycle, therefore nothing will change.

Here's how my bodybuilding day went-

Warm up, done with 2.5lb plates-
20 lateral raises
20 rotator cuff raises
20 bent over OHPs

Face pulls-
20x12
25x12
25x12

Seated military press-
45x12
95x10
95x10

135x5

ZERO pain on these, which is awesome news. This is the best my shoulder has felt since before my injury.

Underhand, wide grip cable rows-
3 sets of 10-15 reps. These were hard, because my legs are so sore that it actually kept me from doing what I normally could. Next time I'll use a normal grip.

Snatch grip high pulls-

Shrugs-

Triceps extensions-

I went through the motions a bit today. I don't know if I've ever been this sore. I'm not sure if I'll even be ready for my next squat session Thursday. I'll have to play it by ear. Deadlifts Monday, if I'm up for it.
