Friday 2/21

Squat 225lbs 3x5
Bench 135lbs 5x5 (super controlled negatives)
Bent Over Row 135lbs 5x5

I dropped my bent over row weight and didn't progress because Monday I had strep throat and was running a fever, wednesday was a poop workout and so I dropped the weights a little to recover.

Monday
Squat 225lbs with a little bit of a pause 3x5
Deadlifts 225lbs 1x8, 280lbs 1x3
Bent Over Rows 135lbs 3x5
Shoulder Press 95lbs 5x5

Played basketball 25 minutes after getting out of the gym. Played from 6:15 to 9:30.

Wednesday
Squats 225lbs 3x5
Bench 135lbs 3x5
Bent Over Rows 135lbs 3x5

Basketball 5:30 until 9:10
