Leg press
10 x 90kg
3 x 10 x 130kg

Leg curl
10 x 25kg
10 x 30kg
10 x 35kg
10 x 40kg

And the racks were still being used at this point so I decided to bench

Bench press
5 x 20kg
4 x 10 x 30kg (no arch, no pause)
8 x 30kg (arched and paused)

Overhead press (no leg drive)
3 x 8 x 20kg
7 x 20kg

Tricep pushover
10 x 4
3 x 10 x 5
I don't actually think the numbers correlate with a weight. They're good for me to remember though.

So a mish mash of a session. I'll try to make up the squats today, as well as the remaining accessory work.
