Been a bit up and down this week, haven't really wanted to log any thing, Me back squats have taken a dive. I thought it was because I have fallen out of my groove from doing front squats but it turns out I have suffered weight loss
5-6 kgs in 3 weeks. This was not planed, I was just so tired of constantly eating, so I have given the food a break and holly crap has it changed my chubby little body. My breathing was starting to play up at 127kgs of body weight now I'm 121kgs and my breathing is great. I guess I'll need to stay around this weight for good health.
