Cutty and I were discussing (trash talking) earlier about deadlifts. I figure I would share with you guys about what has helped move mine. I have always been great off the floor, and struggled to lockout weights that should have been no issue. At times it looked like I just hit a brick wall! Here is what we focused on.
Best meet lifts: 1040squat, 730 bench, 730 deadlift
Best total: 1040-680-730=2450
