It's a necessity at the moment, got to give the joints a break...Lol but I do love the pump I get! Skull crushers are interesting with me as they usually bother my elbow but once I figure out my hands placement I'm golden. Also I would concur that perhaps he is wrong! If jb does it then it must be ok..Lol
