Default The workout (take a look)

This will be the routine im going to log. I accredit the changes to this reg park beginner routine to GL AND BTB. They helped with the suggestions for it. I will run this from 2 to 3 months. I hope to make some great gains. Start low and build high 5 pounds a week on bigger lifts and maybe 10 pounds a week on squat. When I start this log I will be posting pics as fast as possible to help anyone wondering about how I look starting out. I posted this cause I was hoping to get some nice words on it and hope you guys think it will serve well. Now if anybody think I should lower the sets/reps on anything let me know ill consider it.


Workout A

Back Squats 5x5
Dumbell Rows 3x8-10(probably 1 arm dumbbell rows)(1 warm up set 2 stabilizers)
Bench Press 5x5
BB-Curls 3x8-10 (may use dumbbells as well)
Calves 2x15-20(leg press)
Skull crushers 3x6-10

Workout B

Back Squats 5x5
Deadlifts 3x5(2 warm-up sets and 1 “stabilizer set”)
Standing Press 5x5
CGBP 3x8-10
Chins 5xf
Heavy abs

Week 1: A,B,A
Week 2: B,A,B
Week 3: A,B,A
Week 4: B,A,B
