Heavyish for press, cleans and deads. All the three lifts felt reasonably smooth, especially the press. Light weight high reps for bench and squats.

I should be able to get in a cardio session tomorrow and one more lifting session over the weekend. Then its travel time next week.
That's some very strong working Pratik ... All the core lifts in a session that too with some heavy wts and volume ... going great ... keep up the strong work brother ...
