Im at 200-203lbs consistently, trying to cut to 189 to compete. Want to be there by July. March 14th I was 217.8 and then started low intensity cardio 3 times a week for 20 minutes sessions and cleaned up the diet (not completely clean mind you)
Waiting for my Animal Cuts and Animal M-Stak I just ordered yesterday, then ill clean it up completely and go for the gold.
