Default 04/07/10 - Day 2 of the come back

Well this flu is frustrating - Pre workout I feel great amped and ready to go. I do one set and my energy goes, the focus and willpower are there but the petrol light is on.

Anyway I still gave it nudge to shake out the remaining cobwebs, but I am shattered. If not for the T-Alpha I may not even be alive right now.

Took this little workout from kitarpyar. Given that it is light dam near killed me, crappy flu.

132 x 3 x 3

Bench Press
155 x 5
175 x 5
220 x 3 x 1

ATG Squats
135 x 5
175 x 5 x 5

Bear Complex
90 x 3,2,2

Felt that the focus and drive all came from TA, and these were good aspects of today's workout.
