Use 6: 1.5 scoops intraworkout on DL + accessory
Since I worked out at 530am this morning, I didn't pre mix and used room temp water (re: crappy water fountain). Nonetheless, foaming was minimal after my vigorous shaking and no residual granules after my initial shaker fill-up.
1.5 scoops in a full shaker continues to be both refreshing and enough liquid volume that I find myself able to "sip", although I'm constantly tempted to chug AminOD because it's so refreshing. As usual, slight lime tang and no strawberry flavor.
Didn't take AminOD yesterday, but no significant DOMS yesterday except for some hip tightness after sitting on a plane for 5 hours lol. Intra-set recovery was on-point and lactic acid build up on my high volume, bulldozer set routine was well managed.
